  The restaurant is located in Lamezia Terme inside the Palazzo Greco Stella, where art and food and wine meet to give their guests an experience that goes beyond the flavors of our land.

  Calabrian wines

  Calabria, once called Enotria (land of wine) has acenturies-old tradition in the cultivation of vines, in particular natural wines with fine bouquets and intense and decisive aromas. The region is home to nine denominations of controlled origin (DOC). North of Cosenza we find the DOC TERRE DI COSENZA producing 4 types of red, rosé, white and sparkling wine. South of the Cosenza area there are the small DOCs SAVUTO, SCAVIGNA and LAMEZIA . In the province of Crotone, you’ll find the famous DOC CIRO', mainly known for its red wine, the DOC SANT'ANNA of Isola Capo Rizzuto and the MELISSA DOC. Finally, we have Reggio Calabria with the DOC BIVONGI and the DOC GRECO BIANCO which it shares with the province of Catanzaro. The staff of Villa Grumolara would be happy to organize a tour with you of the best Calabrian wineries to taste together the extraordinary flavors that this land gives us.

  Rafting on the river Lao

  For the more adventurous, we invite guests to discover the experience of RAFTING on the river Lao which can be found in Papasidero, a small village within the Pollino National Park a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Ready to discover an exotic, mysterious and fascinating landscape with the possibility of choosing different rafting routes that allow you to enjoy this activity howeveryou want.

  Paragliding in Pizzo

  The Calabrian region must be experienced not only on land but it is also an highlight to be experienced from above. The departure from a rock overlooking the sea allows you to admire the extraordinary beauty of the Costa degli Dei. The flight will be performed in complete safety by an expert licensed by the Italian Aero Club.

  For lovers of the sea, we could not recommend anything better than a mini cruise through the crystalline waters of our spectacular Calabrian coast. A boat tour is ready to take you on a discovery of majestic beaches, caves and rock formations, all enriched by music, snacks and drinks to enjoy between water activities

  Passeggiata con alpaca

  Villa Grumolara has decided to offer you a unique experience, giving you the opportunity to stay in close contact with alpacas, sweet and sociable animals, to interact with them and establish a relationship of trust. The experience lasts one hour, the perfect time is sunset, everything will take place on the spectacular lace beach. The walk will also be an opportunity to take photos, videos, selfies and touch the soft fiber of the alpacas. You can request all the details from our staff, booking at least one day in advance is required.

  Bike rental

  For all those who love cycling while breathing the sea air, Villa Grumolara gives you the opportunity to walk around the Costa degli Dei, enjoying breathtaking scenery. We offer a formula dedicated to those who don't want to waste time going to a bike rental by offering the service with our partner CB BIKE who will let you find the vehicle directly at the facility. You will be able to rent your mountain bike or road bike for a whole day or for a total of pre-established days, for all information on prices and use the Villa Grumolara staff is at your complete disposal. 
  N.B.: The bikes must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, complete with all accessories.
